Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Bakersfield, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: The location is Bakersfield, California. The position is for a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Technologist. This role involves performing cardiac, coronary, vascular, peripheral, general interventional radiology, and neuro intervention procedures in a STEMI receiving facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position requires a minimum of two years of cath lab experience and involves working during daytime shifts. Job Details: Schedule: Days, 10s or 12s, with willingness to go to a block schedule on weekends. Open to shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Current cath lab experience; certifications including ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), BLS (Basic Life Support); fluoroscopy certification; license to submit; minimum of 2 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in STEMI receiving facility, comfort with conscious and moderate sedation, procedural processes, airway management, cardiac drips (such as Integrilin, dopamine, vasopressors), balloon pumps. Additional Information: Willing to rotate call for inpatient and emergent cases once per week; limited cancellations allowed per assignment duration. The cath lab is equipped with five suites for various interventions (coronary, peripheral, vascular, neuro, and electrophysiology). The charting system used is Cerner.
