Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, or multi-axis machines to produce precision metal parts; Load raw materials, install tooling, and input machine offsets or program adjustments as needed; Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency; Perform basic troubleshooting on tooling, feeds, speeds, and machine functions; Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to understand dimensions, tolerances, and machining requirements before starting production
