Bachelor's degree (4-year degree required). 5+ years of sales experiencepublic sector preferred. 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred). Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, leadership, and coaching abilities. Experience with consultative, relationship-based selling. Bonus: Familiarity with public-sector procurement, government sales cycles, or ESCO/energy efficiency solutions.
