Bookkeeper
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Salary: $47,800 – $58,200 annually

Responsibilities:
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reports
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with general ledger maintenance and journal entries
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare financial reports and assist with audit support as needed
Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
Qualifications:
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities
