Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including customer concerns, disputes, and policy violations.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, exterior areas, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, observing for suspicious behavior, potential theft activity, and unauthorized access.; Document observations and incidents accurately, communicate updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership, and coordinate with local law enforcement when requested.
