Support the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs, policies, and procedures to protect employees and the environment and ensure regulatory and company standard compliance. Provide day-to-day EHS technical support to assigned sites through regular field presence, coaching leaders and employees on safe work practices, hazard recognition, and risk mitigation. Assist with incident investigations, near-miss reviews, and serious event learning activities by applying Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) principles; identifying system-level contributing factors; evaluating control effectiveness; and leading or supporting structured problem-solving efforts (e.g., Learning Teams, PDC - As) to develop and track sustainable corrective actions.
