The Board of Trustees of the Panama-Buena Vista Union School District invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Academic Coach. The Academic Coach will be under the general direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Instructional Services and the direct supervision of the site principal. DESCRIPTION The Academic Coach will build the capacity of teachers to meet the learning needs of all students. The Academic Coach will provide professional development, observation, coaching, and feedback for teachers to improve their content knowledge and effective delivery of instruction. The Academic Coach will provide support to the principal and school staff in data analysis, serve as a SST Coordinator, and assist with the implementation of intervention activities.
