Duties encompass a variety of support roles through Credit and Payment Services Organization:
Support Desk Assistance: Assisting all desks whether its active, inactive, risk or AMP areas. Aiding credit administrators with assurity bonds, CDs, and Letters of Credit.
Financial Management: Manages bonds, oversees credit checks, and maintains the bills box.
Payment Reconciliation: Currently addresses issues related to duplicate payments.
Revenue Protection: Collaborates with the Revenue Protection team, dedicating Tuesdays to this work.
Mailroom Duties: Handles mailroom responsibilities and goes into the office on Tuesdays.
Departmental Support: Provides support to all departments in Credit and Payment Services as needed.
Support Desk Assistance: Overseas various requests through Credit Notify Inbox and emails from the CAPS organization: active, inactive, risk or AMP areas. Aiding credit administrators with assurity bonds, CDs, and Letters of Credit.
