The Instructional Assistant will work in partnership with Teachers to hold students to high expectations in the classrooms and other settings such as lunch and recess. The Instructional Assistant will demonstrate commitment to our college-going mission by believing in students potential and supporting students' learning. Essential Job Functions: Support teacher-directed instruction, including 1:1 tutoring as needed. Supervise structured play before, during, and after school. Learn from experienced teachers who will explicitly teach you classroom management techniques and differentiation strategies that will help you meet the learning needs of all students.
