Property Inspection Specialist

As a Property Inspection Specialist at House Buyers of America, you will play a critical role in the evaluation of properties acquired by our company. This position involves performing thorough inspections and supporting construction and settlement efforts in the field.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct comprehensive property inspections and evaluate conditions along with identifying necessary repairs.
• Prepare detailed reports and capture high-quality images of properties.
• Collaborate with construction and settlement teams on various tasks that need to be completed on-site.
• Verify that punch-out items are finalized while documenting the construction process with detailed photos.
• Inspect homes on a daily basis to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Install and remove lockboxes and other promotional materials.
• Facilitate the delivery of essential equipment to residences.

About You:

• You hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• You possess strong communication and computer skills.
• While a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
