Description:

As the Contracting Coordinator, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Manager, Network Operations and Contracting, and potentially other staff. Key responsibilities include facilitating communication across departments, maintaining organizational standards, and managing logistical aspects like scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination. This role involves attending committee meetings, preparing agendas, and transcribing minutes. The Coordinator will also draft various documents such as presentations and business plans, respond to correspondence, process expense reimbursements, and manage office supplies. Strong computer skills (60 WPM typing, Google/ Microsoft Suite proficiency) are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving, a positive attitude, and professional communication in all interactions.
