Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our APAC HCM Practice to support post-go-live payroll operations across multiple APAC countries. This role focuses on providing Celergo expertise, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery after implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day Celergo payroll operations across APAC.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues, validate data, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Partner with client and vendor teams on issue resolution and process improvements.
• Maintain payroll documentation and assist with knowledge transfer.

Required Qualification(s):

• Hands-on experience with Celergo payroll in a support or operational role.
• Strong understanding of APAC payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll issue resolution, data validation, and documentation.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience supporting multinational payroll environments.
• Exoerience with ADP GlobalView.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for working with global teams.

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of early December 2025 with an initial duration through the end of 2026, with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort: Full time hours
