About the Position:
Bluefish is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and full-stack Product Marketer to own and lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) lifecycle for our SaaS platform. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our GTM strategy-from market research and segmentation, positioning and messaging, to launch planning, demand generation, sales enablement, and post-launch performance analysis. You will shape how our product is perceived in the market and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption through compelling, customer-centric narratives and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
As both a strategic storyteller and hands-on executor, you will serve as the connective tissue between product, sales, customer success, and the market. You'll conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product positioning, craft go-to-market plans for new features and product launches, build and run integrated campaigns, and arm our revenue teams with the tools they need to win. You'll continuously measure performance, generate insights, and iterate to improve results-all while working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B SaaS product marketing, thrives in ambiguity, and is passionate about owning the full GTM lifecycle to translate complex technology into clear, differentiated customer value.
