Introduction

This role will assist with a special project for a business integration tool in Merchandising Footwear and Apparel. The successful candidate will be responsible for building out the AirTable Merchandising Homepage to be a source of truth for dates and gates (calendar fields). This position is based in Beaverton, OR, and is not open to relocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in merchandising operations, marketing operations, or business operations.
• Expert proficiency in Airtable, including building, inputting, and maintaining data.
• Understanding of the merchandising process and its integration within other business organizations, with the ability to refine and document processes.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis.
• Experience in line planning and managing merchandising operations for key moments.
• Previous merchandising experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of business tools.
• Maintain and update the AirTable Merchandising Homepage to ensure it remains the source of truth for key dates and milestones.
• Refine and document merchandising processes to enhance operational efficiency.
