The Opportunity
As Iru's Manager, Performance Marketing, you will own the global demand generation function and be directly accountable for pipeline creation and revenue impact. You'll lead the strategy, team, and operating model that powers predictable, scalable demand across the full funnel.
You'll manage and develop a high-performing demand generation team while owning performance across Iru's core channels-LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, YouTube, CTV, Display, and emerging platforms. Your mandate is clear: build a durable demand engine that consistently delivers against aggressive pipeline and growth targets.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll set the demand generation vision and roadmap, define campaign architecture, and drive cross-functional execution across marketing and revenue teams. You'll operate as a senior marketing leader-setting strategy, coaching leaders and ICs, and delivering executive-level insights-while staying close enough to execution to ensure quality, rigor, and results.
This role blends leadership, systems thinking, and performance marketing expertise. You'll translate product positioning and audience insights into integrated, multi-channel strategies, define funnel targets and forecasts, and ensure all channels and teams work together to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
What You'll Do
Leadership, Strategy & Outcomes
- Own demand generation results, including pipeline volume, pipeline quality, and efficiency metrics across the full funnel
- Lead, hire, and develop the demand generation team; set clear goals, expectations, and performance standards
- Establish operating rhythms, planning processes, and accountability frameworks to ensure consistent execution and results
- Set quarterly and annual demand generation goals tied to company growth targets and revenue plans
- Serve as the executive owner for demand performance, providing clear direction, prioritization, and tradeoff decisions
Campaign Strategy & Forecasting
- Own demand generation strategy, budget allocation, and performance across all digital channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Display/Native, YouTube, CTV), providing senior-level, cross-channel paid media leadership
- Define quarterly and annual demand strategies across product lines and buyer segments in partnership with the Head of Growth Marketing
- Translate product positioning and segment strategy into integrated campaign frameworks with clear funnel targets, success metrics, and ROI forecasts
- Oversee campaign portfolios spanning promoted content, webinars, ebooks, paid media, field events, ABM programs, and integrated GTM plays
- Partner with revenue and marketing leadership to align on growth plays, pipeline targets, and channel investment strategy
Execution Leadership & Optimization
- Lead cross-functional execution across paid media, paid search, content, lifecycle, brand, web, and sales to ensure all efforts ladder to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Provide strategic guidance and prioritization to channel owners, contractors, and agencies while maintaining accountability for results
- Partner with sales leadership on lead management, routing, follow-up strategy, and SDR/AE enablement to improve conversion and velocity
- Own the experimentation roadmap across messaging, creative, offers, channels, and campaign structure
- Build repeatable campaign motions, operating playbooks, and scalable systems to support predictable demand generation
- Maintain platform-level fluency to validate execution, troubleshoot performance issues, and pressure-test strategy when needed
- Guide Paid Search strategy to ensure search is fully integrated into broader demand programs and campaign narratives
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Management
- Own pipeline forecasting, performance tracking, and efficiency metrics across the funnel
- Translate campaign and pipeline data into clear insights, decisions, and action plans
- Monitor performance at the program and portfolio level; drive optimization, budget reallocation, and channel prioritization
- Lead post-campaign retrospectives and publish learnings, playbooks, and best practices to scale what works
- Deliver executive-ready reporting on demand performance, ROI, and growth impact
What You'll Bring - 8-10+ years leading B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing programs, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Proven people manager with experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just campaign execution
- Strong cross-channel expertise across paid media, gated content, webinars, ABM, and lifecycle programs, with a systems-level view of demand generation
- Advanced ability to model, forecast, and optimize funnel performance
- Experience partnering closely with senior sales, marketing, and revenue operations leaders
- A strategic leader who can set vision, drive alignment, and step into execution when necessary
