Outbound at Suger isn't about spraying sequences or chasing activity metrics. It's about:

We're hiring an Outbound Sales Development Manager to design, lead, and scale that motion. We have a team in place with a motion that works. We're specifically interested in someone with a knack for well-structured experimentation and can lead from the front.
