Support the fabrication and assembly of fiberglass tanks, sumps, and related products. Operate cutting, grinding, and layup tools to prepare and assemble composite materials. Assist in performing secondary bonding procedures and part installations. Follow instructions from operators and supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate labeling, layout, and marking of parts and completed products. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance within the plant. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork on the production floor. Job Duties Cut fiberglass materials to size using hand tools, templates, and slitting or saw equipment. Operate a variety of tools and material handling equipment including grinders (4", 7", wet), saws, hoists, air movers, and jacks. Perform grinding, smoothing, patching, and installation tasks for seams, nozzles, manways, and other components.
