Compensation
Pay Range:$97,000-$135,000 Per Year

Job Description:
Join our team in Houston, TX as a full-time supervisor in the accounting field.
You will lead a team of professionals, focusing on enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
Collaborate with partners to manage accounting transactions, resolve issues, and ensure accuracy using general office technology.

Key Responsibilities
Guide team in career development and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate efforts to maintain financial accounting controls and record integrity.
Develop and manage financial analysis and reporting.
Communicate data and analysis to senior leadership.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least six years of diverse accounting experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Proficiency in general office technology and PC skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience in team leadership or supervision preferred.
