Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Technical) with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic and growing client marketplace team. In this role, the candidate will own the customer communications strategy for updates on their orders throughout the order lifecycle. Successful candidates will be:
1. Self - starters who can create a vision for what an ideal customer post-purchase communication looks like
2. able to use good judgement to create experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations.
3. Experienced in reducing customer post purchase anxiety and increasing retention.
4. Experienced at writing vision and requirement docs with data to substantiate their recommendations.

Experience in 2 sided marketplaces is a bonus, particularly in creating rules around seller to customer communications.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• They will support orders management for 3P sellers. This will include fulfilment and returns aspects. These PMs will gather requirements, create PRDs and ensure the orders management flows remove friction and cancelations.
