The SAFe Agile Coach is responsible for championing enterprise-wide lean agile adoption, driving continuous improvement, and guiding teams, programs, and leadership toward effective Lean Agile practices.
This role supports the development and execution of agile transformation strategies, enhances agile training and metrics, identifies and removes enterprise-level blockers, and fosters a high-performing, self-managing culture.
The coach will train, mentor, and guide teams in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and related practices to improve predictability, productivity, quality, and flow across the organization.
Requirement/Must Have:
10 years of experience using Lean and Agile methodologies.
Proven success leading large-scale Agile transformations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to recognize, analyze, and solve complex problems.
Self-starter with strong prioritization skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-standard Agile tools.
Certified SAFe Program Consultant.
Certified Scrum Master (CSP).
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Experience:
Five or more years of coaching and training teams in SAFe Agile enablement and transformation preferred.
Responsibilities:
Champion enterprise-wide lean agile adoption and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to refine agile vision, transformation strategy, and roadmap.
Develop, implement, and improve lean-agile metrics and training materials.
Identify and remove enterprise-level blockers to improve business agility.
Coach teams and programs on Lean Agile frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Help teams Experienced agile mindset, practices, and ceremonies to achieve business results.
Improve team predictability, productivity, quality, and flow.
Support transparency across teams and stakeholders.
Create psychological safety and support self-managing teams.
Identify Value Streams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs), prepare and launch ARTs, and coach ART execution.
Organize and deliver workshops and training sessions.
Stay current with industry trends to enhance organizational agility.
Should Have:
Knowledge of product management, DevOps, test automation, infrastructure, InfoSec, and architecture functions.

Qualification And Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience.
PMI-ACP, IC Agile ICP-Client, and Certified Scrum Professional preferred.
