Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact as a Customer Service Specialist, delivering professional and courteous service to customers

  • Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and documentation within internal systems

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing role; experience as a Customer Service Specialist is strongly preferred
