Overview

We are seeking compassionate, motivated, andadaptable BCBAs and BCaBAs to join a collaborative and client-centered ABA team. This role is ideal for professionals who value high-quality care, strong clinical standards, and meaningful collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, strong organizational skills, and a passion for improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based ABA services.
Key Responsibilities
BCBA Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Maintain a consistent and reliable client schedule
  • Provide direct services to clients as needed
  • Support families and clinical team members with program implementation
  • Ensure treatment programs align with clinical and organizational standards
  • Supervise BCaBAs and collaborate with other BCBAs
  • Report to the Assistant Clinical Director of ABA
BCaBA Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and analyze data to support treatment planning
  • Maintain consistent and reliable client schedules
  • Support families and clinical staff with program implementation
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure quality care
Qualifications
BCBA:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services (newly certified candidates considered)
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in physical activities as required
BCaBA:
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • Active BCaBA certification
  • Prior ABA experience preferred
  • Ability to work under BCBA supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in physical activities as required
Requirements (Both Roles):
  • Active state license (BCBA/LBA or BCaBA/LBAA, as applicable)
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (infant/child)
  • TB test and background check
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services
Schedule & Work Environment:
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Occasional Saturday (up to one per month)
  • Outpatient ABA services
  • Expected caseload: approximately 27 billable hours per week
