Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Virtual with Monthly Travel

Role structure

  • Primarily remote / telehealth
  • Travel one week per month to assigned regions for in-person support, team development, and client needs
Compensation
  • Total compensation: $85,000-$92,000 + monthly bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
  • Case management for learners ages 2-18
  • Clinical documentation and data tracking in CentralReach
  • Intake assessments and treatment planning
  • Parent training and caregiver collaboration
  • Supervision and mentorship of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
  • Collaboration with Clinical Directors and regional leadership
  • Full-time billable expectation: 30 hours/week for remote/travel roles
Qualifications
  • Lives within 100 miles of the San Jose metro area and able to travel 5 days per month (1 week in-person, 3 weeks remote)
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree
  • Strong ethical standards and clinical judgment
  • Commitment to client outcomes
  • Leadership mindset and ability to support growing teams
  • Comfortable working remotely with periodic travel


Salary

$85,000-$92,000 USD
