Key Responsibilities
- Employ advanced radiographic and CT technology to produce exceptional diagnostic images for review by physicians
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists and the medical team to support accurate patient diagnoses
- Ensure optimal imaging through precise patient positioning and equipment calibration
- Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and colleagues
- Keep accurate documentation, including imaging logs and records of equipment maintenance
- Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout their imaging experience
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Must have graduated from an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography required
- BLS certification is essential or must be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Familiarity with imaging protocols and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting swiftly to new challenges
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
