Job Title: Watchtower MDM Sales Engineer

Job Location: Remote

Job Type: Full time 40 hours

Travel Requirement: Up to 25%

Job Description:

Performs the sale and strategy development around complex advanced technical work to design, configure, implement, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, replace and sustain networks and services associated with a variety of developing public safetyinitiatives. Possess expert knowledge of current Cloud and LAN/WAN technologies and protocols, including wired, wireless and cellular connectivity solutions, VPN solutions, VLANs, subnetting, and VoIP solutions. Strong knowledge of switching and routing protocols and methodologies, including IP provisioning, IP traffic redistribution, route filtering, load-balancing, multi-link trunks/port-channels, virtual port channels, and access lists. Experience with Docker and Postgres. Comprehensive knowledge of current network security technologies, products and methodologies. Knowledge of virtualization technologies. Knowledge of networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, load-balancers, and wireless network controllers.

Sherpa 6 is seeking a highly skilled MDM/SaaS Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Watchtower customer demonstrations and customer exercises virtually and on-site
  • Support Product Sales strategy from a technical standpoint
  • Support International Sales Strategy
Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related field. An advanced degree (MBA or relevant master's) is a plus. Equivalent technical experience combined with demonstrated success in technical product sales may be considered in lieu of a specific degree field.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while still ensuring high quality of work.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize work and work autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and presentation.
  • Results driven, highly efficient, energetic and highly motivated
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience supporting the sale of SaaS products
  • Prior experience supporting International Sales a plus

  • Knowledge of Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK) software ecosystem, Cisco ASAs, AWS cloud services, Watchtower MDM, and cyber security scanning protocols.
  • Knowledge of Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK) software ecosystem, Cisco ASAs, AWS cloud services, Watchtower MDM, and cyber security scanning protocols.
  • 5+ years of related Network Engineering experience
  • Able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience with server management, LDAP, application plug-ins, federation connections and mobile management.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification and/or meet relevant 8570/8140 requirements, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, CCNA certification.
  • Knowledge and experience with Cisco AnyConnect VPN and ASAv
  • Knowledge and experience with Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK) software applications, specifically TAK servers.
  • Understanding of network virtualization concepts as it relates to the datacenter (e.g. presenting networks to hosts, edge trunks, interface mapping

Salary negotiations and final offer amounts are based on candidate location, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses and credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed.
