Job Details

Responsible for processing and reconciling all DTC equity and fixed income settlement activity, ensuring trades settle accurately and on time in compliance with DTCC and SEC rules.
Responsibilities

• Process DTC Deliver Orders, Receives, Reclaims, and ID Net
• Monitor and resolve fails, DKs, aged breaks, and short positions
• Reconcile DTC positions and money settlement
• Handle corporate action-related settlements
• Work with trading, stock loan, and counterparties to clear exceptions
• Ensure compliance with DTCC, Reg SHO, and SEC settlement rules

• 2+ years of DTC or broker-dealer settlements experience
• Knowledge of CNS, stock borrow/loan, and fails management
