Job Summary:

We are looking for a Plastic Bag Machine Operator to oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of plastic bag manufacturing machines. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment, strong mechanical skills, anda commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate plastic bag-making machines according to specifications.
• Monitor production to ensure bags meet quality standards (size, thickness, and seal strength).
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Adjust machine settings for different types of plastic films and bag styles.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper packaging.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions or material issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience operating plastic bag manufacturing machines preferred.
• Knowledge of plastic extrusion, sealing, and printing processes is a plus.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to lift up to [weight] lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment with rotating shifts if required.
