Job Description
Start out at Individual Contributor then eventually lead and manage the inside sales team with a focus on aftermarket consumable product growth
Drive revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives and process optimization
Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer

The Successful Applicant
A successful Inside Sales Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of inside sales or sales leadership experience - selling printer products, 3d printing, or electronic hardware
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in aftermarket consumables
Strong leadership, coaching, and teambuilding capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Infor, SyteLine)
Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and make datadriven decisions (STRONG EXCEL experience required***)
Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Experience managing remote or distributed teams (preferred)
Fully REMOTE - Ideally East Coast (required for initial 6 months to come in every few weeks for some training in office starting out)
