Main Duties & Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:
Set up and operate 4 or more singledie headers for manufacturing precision aircraft quality fastener.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies:
Reads and interprets documents(blueprint, drawing, or manufacturing work order) to ascertain what tools andmaterials are necessary for producing products to precision tolerance to solidsspecifications.

Set up and operate 4 and moremachines on all the product line, all assigned headers and their relatedproducts. This includes setting and adjusting required to produce parts tospecification. Selects, mounts and aligns tooling attachment and materials inproper order and relationship. Makes all adjustments necessary to produce partsof acceptable quality and perform to Allfast standards run rates.

Performs scanning work ordertransacts to PowerBi . Maintain more than 95% Utilization and perform more than87% total efficiency. Meets and maintains all productivity levels and qualityrequirements to support departmental goals and schedule. Provides training todepartmental personnel for aspects of machine setup and operation.

Loads machines with raw materialsand monitor production run using measuring devices, such as, comparator,micrometers, caliper, protrusion gage and various other inspect gages.

Reworks and directs reworking oftooling as needs.

Keeps accurate statistical processcontrol records, when required, on each job manufacture, making adjustmentsduring production run as the SPC data directs.

Performs record keeping, dataentry, housekeeping 5 S, and follows safety regulations.

Train solid header operators andassist others as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $20.67-$38.46.

Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
