Referral Staffing Solutions is partnering with a well-established food production company in Viola, WI to hire a skilled Maintenance Supervisor. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a salary range of $65,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping the facility running efficiently and safely. You'll lead a team of maintenance professionals, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaborate with production leaders to minimize downtime. You'll be the go-to problem solver for mechanical and electrical challenges, ensuring quality and safety standards are met every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing as a Maintenance Supervisor:
Your hours will primarily fall between 1st and 2nd shift, with flexibility to support all three shifts as needed. This means variety-sometimes you'll oversee day-to-day operations, and other times you'll jump in to support special projects or urgent repairs. Your responsibilities will include supervising the maintenance crew, ensuring compliance with safety standards, monitoring equipment performance, scheduling repairs, and helping the team stay proactive instead of reactive.
