Job Description:

As an Infrastructure & Identity Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for managing enterprise-wide installations, updates, and upgrades while ensuring robust security protocols within the Okta environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in printer administration, Okta, and Okta Advanced Server Access (ASA). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain detailed documentation, and provide on-call support for critical infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead printer administration and management across the organization.
• Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc functionality.
• Execute installations, updates, and system upgrades for enterprise infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain advanced system security methods and techniques.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system rewrites and ongoing operations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Provide on-call support for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Independently learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and business functionality.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• 8+ years of experience in printer administration and management.
• Expertise in Fairfax system management and Secure Doc administration.
• Strong knowledge of system management processes, file structures, and data representation.
• Advanced understanding of system security methods and techniques.
• Ability to deliver tasks accurately and maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Attention to detail in generating documentation critical for system rewrites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively learn new systems.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $60.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
