Our client would like to bring someone on ASAP to provide leave coverage. The anticipated start of the leave is 11/16 to allow for cross-training they would like to have someone start on or before 10/30/2023. The position is SW of Boston and currently has a hybrid schedule of 4 days in and 1 day work from home. This could be negotiated if need be. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Review of customer documents such as Power of Attorneys and Guardianships
• Handling court documents such as wage garnishments, subpoenas, and bankruptcies
• Contract review and management of contract tracking database
• Legal research and advice
• Regulatory Change Management
• Review and approve association groups for coverage
• Review and approve marketing materials
• Assist with Customer Identification Verification
• Product/Filing research
