Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and analyze data from diverse IoT sources.
• Conduct data exploration and analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Design and implement cost-efficient data solutions using modern cloud platforms and services.
• Document data models, workflows, and system architecture for cross-functional transparency.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and domain experts to deliver data-driven solutions.
• pply software engineering best practices including unit testing, CI/CD, and clean code principles (SOLID, KISS).

• Proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation.
• Strong experience with data analysis tools such as Pandas, SQL, and Jupyter.
• Proven ability to build and optimize data workflows for large-scale, heterogeneous data environments.
• Experience with cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with IoT protocols such as MQTT, BACnet, Modbus , and edge computing concepts.
• Understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.

• Experience with smart building technologies or builder tools.
• Exposure to Client platforms such as Niagara Framework, Tridium, Trend Controls, Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens TALON®, etc.
• Knowledge of facility automation, energy management, or smart infrastructure systems.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in smart buildings , IoT ecosystems , or facility automation domains.
