Senior Project Manager | Municipal & Water Resources

We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager | Municipal & Water Resourcesto join our dedicated team of professionals in Lehigh Valley, PA. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality water resource solutions and infrastructure improvements for municipal and authority clients. As a Senior Project Manager | Municipal & Water Resources, you will be responsible for:

• Project Management: Leading and managing water resources projects including public infrastructure such as roadways, stormwater systems, stormwater management (SWM), and erosion and sediment control (ESC) best management practices (BMPs)
• Design and Reporting: Oversight and QA/QC of technical project designs, studies, and reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Construction Contract Administration: Develop and administer construction contracts to ensure compliance and project success
• Financial Oversight: Managing financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring project profitability
• Client Representation: Serving as the primary representative for Municipal/Authority clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license
• 10+ years' experience in water resources and Municipal/Authority engineering to include:
  • Municipal /Authority representation
  • Stormwater management
  • Roads
  • Utilities
  • Construction administration
  • Ordinance and plan review
  • Environmental permits (PADEP, USACE, FEMA)
  • PENNDOT permits
  • Grant applications
  • Project presentation
  • Specification writing
  • Meeting facilitation
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project management systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint, and stormwater related software
• Client-focused leader and team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays
• Valid US Driver's License is required
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
