Job Summary:
We are looking for a Global Stock Plan Analyst in Austin, TX, to manage and support our global equity plans, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The role involves collaboration with multiple internal teams and providing support to employees regarding equity programs. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation and compliance of our equity schemes with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day administration of global equity plans (RSUs, NQs, PSUs) and ESPP.
• Support internal HR teams, and assist employees with equity-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Legal, HR, and HR Tech teams for equity management.
• Facilitate legal compliance and SEC filings, and support audits related to equity programs.
• Document program procedures and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems like Workday.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.

Domain/Industry Experience Required:

• Prior experience in equity compensation plan administration within a public company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is a plus.
