Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, the Manager of Corporate Relations is responsible for designing and implementing strategic fundraising initiatives to secure corporate support that meets or exceeds budget goals while advancing the mission of the organization. This role focuses on cultivating leadership and major gifts from corporate partners, with an emphasis on building multi-faceted, sustainable relationships that align corporate goals with organizational priorities.
The Manager will identify, engage, and steward corporate prospects, managing strategies to secure new, renewed, and increased support through sponsorships, employee engagement, and in-kind contributions. Additionally, the Manager will oversee corporate participation in key events and initiatives, ensuring partnerships deliver measurable impact and value. This role may also supervise one or more staff members.
