Seeking a skilled HEDIS Measure Implementation Engineer for a long-term, fully remote contract supporting the State of Rhode Island's healthcare data initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and executing certified HEDIS measures, with a strong focus on clinical quality measures and healthcare data analytics. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement certified HEDIS measures according to NCQA specifications.
  • Execute measure logic and validate results using SQL and healthcare data analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with data ingestion and mapping teams to ensure accurate data utilization.
  • Perform rigorous data validation and quality assurance on clinical quality measures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HEDIS measure changes and healthcare data standards.
  • Support the State of Rhode Island's initiative to compute statewide clinical quality measures.
  • Document measure implementation processes and results for audit and compliance.
  • Work independently in a remote environment to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Working knowledge of FHIR data models and healthcare data standards.
  • Ability to perform data validation and quality assurance on measures.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid or state health programs is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measure execution.
  • Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
