Position Overview

As a Marketing Associate/Assistant at Anytime AI, you will work with Marketing Executive to execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning, drive customer acquisition, and support company growth. You will work with the team to develop content strategies, manage digital advertising, optimize SEO, and coordinate event marketing. This is a dynamic opportunity to make a measurable impact in a rapidly growing Legal AI startup.

Responsibilities

• Press & Media Relations
  • Craft press releases and manage media outreach to generate inbound interest and increase brand awareness.
  • Build on past successes to expand media coverage and industry recognition.
• Content & SEO Strategy
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, website content, and e-newsletters.
  • Optimize content for SEO to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Digital Advertising
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Continuously monitor and refine ad campaigns based on performance analytics.
• Social Media Growth
  • Create and implement social media strategies to enhance engagement and grow a follower base.
  • Develop compelling social content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Event Marketing
  • Plan and coordinate webinars, conferences, and other events to generate leads and promote the brand.
  • Support Anytime AI's presence at industry conferences, including booth sponsorships and speaking engagements.
• Email Marketing
  • Design and execute email campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 0-5 years in marketing, preferably in AI, tech, or startup environments.
• Skills:
  • A versatile marketing generalist with a can-do attitude.
  • Proven expertise in press relations, content strategy, SEO, digital advertising, event marketing, and social media.
• Tools: Proficiency with marketing platforms like MailerLite, Hubspot, Zoho, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management tools.
• Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results in customer acquisition, lead generation, and engagement.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can pivot strategies when necessary.
