Associate Attorney - Trade Secrets/Non-Compete (Remote, Colorado)

Our client, a national law firm with 35 offices and more than 500 attorneys is currently seeking an Associate Attorney - Trade Secrets/Non-Compete for a remote opportunity in Colorado to work with our EmployeeDefection and Trade Secrets practice.

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of restrictive covenant & trade secret litigation experience
• Experience litigating restrictive covenant & trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition and discovery
• Admitted to practice law in Colorado
• Reside in the State of Colorado
• Travel required

Base Salary: $175,000 - $250,000
