We are looking for a Field Service Technician who works on commercial laundry equipment to join our team. This would be Level 2.

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday with overtime available

Job Requirements:

• Troubleshoots equipment issues in production environment.
• Troubleshoot and or repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
• Provides support in areas of fabrication, assembly, cutting, pipefitting, and machining.
• Read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematic and drawings.
• Work from oral and written instructions.
• Understand and use manuals and catalogues when ordering parts.
• Understand and comply with all parts ordering and issuing procedures.
• Maintains adherence to company policy, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
• Assumes other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain a good inventory of parts on assigned service vehicle.
• Must own appropriate hand tools for the trade.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

The Most Important Activities Performed:

• Troubleshoots equipment issues in production environment
• Troubleshoot and or repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components
• Work from oral and written instructions
• Travel is required for this job

Physical Requirements:

• Requires ability to work off ladders, scaffolding and scissors lifts.
• Requires ability to do extended amounts of walking, moving equipment and tools.

Minimum Qualifications Required (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):

• Prior experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Experience with pneumatic machinery is a plus, mechanical skills
• Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record (Required)
• Must have additional training in mechanical or electrical technology
