Job Summary:
Independence Pet Holdings (IPH) is undertaking a multi-year enterprise transformation to modernize its insurance technology ecosystem and build a scalable, digital-first operating model across its MGAs.
The Sr. Technology Program Manager, Global Transformation will lead the coordinated delivery of this initiative, overseeing modernization across policy administration, rating, billing, claims management, underwriting workflows, and customer experience - including the implementation of EIS (Enterprise Insurance Suite) and other core insurance platforms.
This role requires significant experience leading large-scale transformation programs within the insurance sector or similarly complex, regulated environments. The Program Manager will operate in a global, matrixed structure, directing project managers and orchestrating multiple system integrators, third-party vendors, and cross-functional technology and business teams to deliver transformation outcomes on scope, schedule, and budget.
The successful candidate will demonstrate fluency in Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery frameworks, insurance operations, multi-MGA transformation complexity, and vendor coordination. The role partners closely with the JAB Pet Services team in the UK and Europe to ensure alignment on architecture, regulatory considerations, delivery standards, and shared technology capabilities.
This role serves as a senior member of the Technology Program Management Office (TPMO), contributing to governance frameworks, delivery standards, and portfolio execution discipline.
