Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales (Call Center) to lead and scale a team of 500+ agents in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will set strategic direction, build scalable sales programs, and ensure exceptional performance while drivingrevenue growth and customer success. This position is fully remote.

Vice President of Sales' Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a call center sales organization of 500+ agents, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Set and execute both long-term sales vision and short-term operational priorities to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams through structured training, real-time feedback, and performance management.
  • Use data and insights to optimize sales processes, improve conversion rates, and inform key business decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to design and deliver scalable go-to-market strategies.
Vice President of Sales' Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years at a senior executive level.
  • Proven success managing large-scale call center sales teams (500+ agents preferred).
  • Strong ability to lead complex strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of elevating team performance.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics.
