Our client, a renowned company with a longstanding reputation for innovation and quality, is seeking a dedicated professional to support their CEO, CFO, and CHRO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple executives, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Organize meeting logistics, including conference rooms, catering, and audio/video needs.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and process expense reports using Concur.
• Facilitate team activities and events, such as meetings and social gatherings.
• Craft professional business documents, including memos and emails.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and staff.
• Engage in general administrative duties, including mail distribution and project support.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
• Experience with a Board of Directors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Concur Travel and Expense System.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility with work hours as needed.
• High degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
