Red Kite Recruiting is a boutique, woman-owned recruiting firm specializing in the nationwide placement of talent in the food manufacturing space! We are fully remote with employees on 3 continents! We are part of the Sanford Rose Associates Network, the 9th Largest Retained Search Firm in the Americas.

Candidates who meet the following background requirements will be considered:

  • A proven track record of inside or outside sales in the food industry.
  • Strong communication, time management, organization and technical skills.
  • The ability to work independently as part of a remote team, with a proactive, positive attitude.
In 90 days, you will:
  • Complete comprehensive facilitated foundation training that covers recruiting, business development, and sales development.
  • Continue mastering our company processes, tools, food industry knowledge, and the individual goals necessary to be successful.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through target outbound recruiting, networking, and innovative sourcing tactics.
  • Establish trust and a meaningful relationship within our team, our clients, and our candidates.
  • Be part of the recruiting process from initial kickoff meetings with clients to placement.
In 6 months, you will:
  • Demonstrate the ability to attract, influence, negotiate and close passive talent through your expertise in Recruiting and passion for the business.
  • Begin to develop your own clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the food industry and our client's needs so that you can craft compelling messages to the passive marketplace.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build layered sourcing strategies aligned to hiring objectives.
  • Master our company processes and technical tools.
  • Earn the perk of having a dedicated researcher to support your business.
In 1 Year, you will:
  • Manage your own clients while executing the full cycle recruiting process including running search kick-off calls & client update meetings.
  • Be an expert in the food manufacturing industry; confidently providing strategic direction and advice to your clients and candidates.
  • Identify areas for business development growth.
  • Deliver an effective and seamless hiring process that provides positive experiences for clients and candidates.

First-year Associate Recruiters start at a 50k base salary with performance bonuses and commission. First-year OTE target is 60-85k. Second-year recruiters should expect to earn six figures.
