Commission-Based OPPORTUNITY!

What You'll Do

• Reach out to business owners & HR managers (B2B)
• Conduct needs analysis, collect census data & present quotes (we provide them!)
• Use CRM + auto dialer to manage your pipeline no manual dialing
• Close new group accounts & build lifetime residual income
• Experienced producers can step into Sales Manager / DRLP roles leading teams & territories

Compensation & Career Growth

• Commission: 30% on new business + lifetime vested renewals (no resets!)
• Bonuses: $1K-$10K monthly based on performance
• Earning Potential (OTE):
  
  • Ramp (36 months): $6K-$10K/month
  • Year 1: $90K-$150K
  • Year 2+: six-figure residuals
