Job Description

Role Scope / Deliverables: Key Skills :

• Looking for a consultant that is an expert in WalkMe and knows how to:
• Create Smart Walk-Through guides that work multi language in Workday
• Can use jQuery where needed in the WalkMe Editor
• Knows WalkMe/Workday well enough to correctly identify how to trigger a WalkMe content on a specific Workday page or form.
• Knows how to use milestones/goals to track user progression within WalkMe content
• Can apply WalkMe automations that trigger automatically on specific Workday behavior
• Has a good all-round understanding of the Workday modules: HCM, Talent & Recruitment
• Can build WalkMe validations that trigger off of custom Workday behavior (for example, trigger a form validation when a button is hovered)
• The above is the minimum set of requirements for a consultant; anything extra is appreciated. Numbers 2 & 3 are absolutely critical and non-negotiable.
