The SAP BTP Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform. This role ensures seamless integration of SAP applications, extensions, and innovations using BTP services such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture
  • Design and implement scalable solutions using SAP BTP services.
  • Develop architecture for application extensions, integrations, and data models.
• Integration
  • Configure and manage SAP Integration Suite for connecting SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across platforms.
• Development
  • Build custom applications using SAP Extension Suite (CAP, RAP, Fiori).
  • Utilize SAP Cloud Application Programming Model for development.
• Analytics
  • Implement SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and dashboards.
  • Integrate data sources for real-time insights.
• Governance & Security
  • Define best practices for BTP usage, security, and compliance.
  • Monitor performance and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with functional teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in SAP technologies, with at least 5 years in SAP BTP.
• Technical Expertise:
  • SAP BTP services: Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Workflow Management.
  • SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), RAP, Fiori/UI5.
  • APIs, OData, and event-driven architecture.
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP Cloud Connector.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• SAP BTP certifications.
• Experience with S/4HANA extensions and side-by-side development.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for SAP BTP.
