What You'll Bring:

• Experience in corporate transactions.
• An exceptional ability to understand, analyze, and tackle complex legal issues.
• Comfort with drafting key legal documents.
• An aptitude for managing client documents.
• Proficiency with essential software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Westlaw.
• A California paralegal certificate or paralegal certification and a bachelor's degree.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

• The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $50,000 to $90,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and location.
