We're growing fast and looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative who can close deals and convert consultations into retained clients. This role is all about delivering confident, structured consultations with prospective clients and helping them take the final step to sign with our firm. Key Responsibilities: • Consult & Close: Conduct remote consultations with pre-qualified leads and secure signed engagement agreements, ideally during the first call. • Conversion Follow-Up: Re-engage past leads and undecided prospects through structured follow-ups and close the loop. • Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with potential clients, many of whom are facing high-stakes legal situations, and guide them through the onboarding process. • CRM Utilization: Accurately document all sales activity and client communication in our CRM system to manage your pipeline and track performance. • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly conversion goals by focusing on impact-driven consultations that lead to real commitments. (You can build trust quickly and move conversations toward commitment) • Strong command of CRM software to track leads and manage follow-ups • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred • Emotionally intelligent, coachable, and results-driven Compensation: $9 - $10 hourly
