Our client is a consulting firm focusing on engineering and fire protection solutions nationwide.

Role is 100% remote.

Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a full-time Senior BIM Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Served as point of contact for Revit, CAD, BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud), and Bluebeam
• Manage BIM 360 project setup, coordination, and maintenance, ensuring consistent project delivery
• Develop, implement, and maintain client-specific CAD and Revit drawing templates and standards
• Provide QA/QC review of drawing deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client standards.
• Develop and deliver training and mentoring for staff on BIM, Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam best practices.
• Apply fire protection engineering expertise to support project design, analysis, and client deliverables

• AS or Bachelor's Degree in Drafting, Engineering Tech or related.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Revit, CAD, and BIM coordination in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries.
• Experience developing and maintaining drawing templates and client standards
